/KASE, January 17, 2023/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that following decisions of the Board of Directors dated January 12, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board:
- excluded: K. Syzdykova, A. Batyrbayev;
- elected: A. Taizhanov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of NAC
Kazatomprom JSC consists of five persons: Y. Mukanov, A. Taizhanov, A.
Aldongarov, D. Sarymsakov, M. Yelemessov.
