/KASE, January 17, 2023/ – Home Credit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the proposal of its shareholder Jiří Šmejc, who holds 12,107 common shares of the bank (34.7 % of the total number of issued shares), to the bank's shareholders to sell their common shares at a price of KZT2,009,916 per share.
