/KASE, January 13, 2023/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 9, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• Pan Zhisyun, a member of the Board of Directors, removed;
• Fang Xinchun, a member of the Board of Directors, elected.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz consist of six persons: Fan Xyazhun, K. Isskaziev, A. Duissaliev, Fang Xinchun, Dun Syuchan, B. Yelamanov.
