/KASE, January 12, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that following a decision of the Committee on Indices and Securities Valuation dated January 10, 2023 in compliance with KASE's internal document "Methodology for Stock Market Indices Calculation" (hereinafter – the Methodology), the representative list of shares (hereinafter – the List) for KASE Index calculation from February 3, 2023 was determined.

In accordance with the decision, in addition to those already on the List of shares, from February 3, 2023 it will include common shares KZ1C00001122 (KMGZ) of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC.

The decision to include these shares in the List was made by a majority vote of the members of the Committee due to objective facts, which allow us to consider these shares as potentially liquid. These factors include current trading volumes, the number of personal accounts involved in trading, as well as the results of subscription to these securities.

Thus, from February 3, 2023, the List will consist of the following shares.

NOTES TO TABLE

ISIN – the share's national or international identification number.

Issuer – the share issuer's short name.

Ri – restrictive coefficient – parameter limiting the portion of each share's influence on the index value down to 0.15 (15 %), calculated for each share once in a quarter as of February 1, May 1, August 1, November 1, the calculation procedure for which is regulated by the Methodology.

Fi – parameter, derived as the product of the number of shares in free float as of 08.12.22, the price of the last deal registered on KASE on 11.01.23, and coefficient Ri, which limits the share of influence of a share of each denomination on the index value.

Portion – the portion of the total market value of a stock in the total market value of all stocks listed on KASE Index's representative list. It is expressed in percentage.
