Nurbank OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 1st coupon payment on its bonds of the 2nd issue

/KASE, December 13, 03/ - Nurbank OJSC (Almaty) today informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on December 12 of 2003 the company had paid the first coupon interest to holders of indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY08A774; KASE's official "A" listing category, NRBNb2; KZT16,000, KZT4,000.0 m.; June 12, 03 - June 12, 11; semi-annual coupon 9.00% APR). According to the issuer's data, the total amount of coupon charged was KZT175,768,661.91, including income tax, levied upon source of income - KZT21,094.77. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment, by register fixation date (November 12, 03) the whole volume of registered issue was on bondholders' depo-accounts. [2003-12-13]
