/KASE, January 11, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following decision of the Board of
Directors dated December 28, 2022: to issue 50.0 mln ordinary shares of the
company within the number of authorized shares at a price of KZT1,000 per
share in the total amount of KZT50.0 bn with the sole shareholder of the
company exercising the right of pre-emptive purchase of shares with a
subsequent increase in the authorized capital of Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC.
