/KASE, January 11, 2023/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January 9, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Balapanov – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: L. Bergibayeva – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of three people: A. Sarssembayev, L. Bergibayeva, A. Kalugina.
