/KASE, January 6, 2023/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 30, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Nadyrgaliev – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• elected: E. Tanaev – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC consists of three people: A. Aituev, E. Yugai, E. Tanaev.
