/KASE, December 29, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from December 30, 2022, Halyk Global Markets JSC (subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) (Almaty, in the heading – Halyk Global Markets) is released from the duties of a market-maker on KASE for common shares KZ1C00000165 (KASE main market, category "standard", BSUL) of Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay).

This decision was made in accordance with article 3 of KASE's internal document "Rules of Market-Makers' Activities" due to the market-maker's voluntary relinquishment of the specified status.
