/KASE, December 29, 2022/ – Safe-Lombard LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that from December 27, 2022, it began to hold the 100 % stake in Microfinance
organization "Bereke" LLP.
