Listing commission of KASE decided to include bonds KZ2C00009280 (TMJLpp2) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, December 27, 2022/ – On December 27, 2022, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00009280 (KZT1,000, KZT162,858,804,000.00; 20 years; semi-annual coupon, coupon rate – average annual inflation in Kazakhstan over the past 10 years) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the first one under the third bond program of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on December 22, 2022 in the amount of KZT542,862,679,000. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) TMJLpp2. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-12-27]
