/KASE, December 22, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 20, 2022 took a decision on
inclusion of bonds KZ2C00009249 (LZGRb5; KZT1,000, KZT2.5 bn; 12 months;
semi-annual coupon will be determined based on the results of the first
successful trading session on the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Leasing
Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official
list's alternative market.
The Management Board decision's effective date is December 22, 2022.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
