whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE about the following:

On December 14, 2022, the rating agency Moody's Investors Service affirmed
the long-term and short-term ratings of First Heartland Jusan Bank, joint-stock
company, on deposits in foreign and national currencies at "B1/NP" and the
rating on deposits on the national scale at "Ba1.kz". The rating outlook has
been changed to "Positive".
Thus, as of December 14, 2022, First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC had the
following Moody's Investors Service ratings:
- deposit rating "B1/Positive/NP";
- deposit rating on the national scale "Ва1.kz".
