/KASE, December 14, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 13, 2022 decided to include
bonds KZ2P00009202 (ARCDpp2, KZT100,000, KZT800.0 mln, 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 26.00 % per annum; 30/360) of ARCADA INDUSTRY LLP (Karagandy) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 14,
2022.
