/KASE, December 13, 2022/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 7, 2022, D. Nurpeissova – Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board, was removed from the composition of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Kcell JSC consists of six people: A. Uzbekov, M. Averchenko, A. Uyssumbayev, D. Ibrayev, K. Strashenko, M. Amardinov.
