/KASE, December 5, 2022/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on January 5,
2023 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- approval of changes and additions to the charter of the company;
- conclusion of an addendum to the loan agreement between the Eurasian
Development Bank and the company, which is a major transaction.
