/KASE, November 30, 2022/ – Joint Resources JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 24,
2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's
Board of Directors:
- excluded: Zh. Satubaldina – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Tokeyeva – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Joint
Resources JSC consists of three persons: R. Sagdiyeva, Sh. Ainabayeva, A.
Tokeyeva.
