/KASE, November 29, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
decision of the Board of Directors dated November 24, 2022:
- to issue 30,725 ordinary shares of the company within the limits of the number
of authorized shares at an offering price of KZT80,899.70 per share with the
sole shareholder exercising his right of pre-emptive purchase of shares.
