/KASE, November 4, 2022/ – Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated November 24,
2022, the following persons were elected to the bank's Board:
- A. Timchenko – member of the Board of Directors ;
- G. Khussainov – independent director.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank
JSC consists of six people: K. Sharlapaev, A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, A.
Timchenko, Y. Khamitov, G. Khussainov.
