Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakstan) set a new coupon rate on its obligations of the third issue equal to 13.3%APR

/KASE, December 5, 03/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange with official letter about the fact, that the new coupon rate on its indexed on inflation rate subordinated bonds of the third issue (KZ2CRY07A750; CCBNb3, official "A" listing category, KZT1.0; KZT2,000.0 mn; semiannual coupon with floating rate, 30/360) is equal to 13.3%APR. The rate has been set for the second coupon period of securities circulation. In the first period the rate was equal to 12.1%APR. According to the terms of issue of bonds the coupon rate is calculated using formula r=i + 6%, where i is an inflation index for 12 months set by the Statistics agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and which precede the months on which new coupon rate is calculated.
