On November 24, 2022 a meeting of the Judicial Board for Administrative Cases
of Astana City
Court was held on the appeal of the Committee for Regulation of Natural
Monopolies under the
Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CRNM) on the
resolution of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana as of
April 6, 2022 to recognize the CRNM's Order as of November 26, 2021 № 131-OD on
the temporary compensatory tariff as illegal.
The resolution of the Astana Court of First Instance was upheld - the Order of
the CRNM dated November 26, 2021 № 131-OD on the temporary compensatory
tariff was declared illegal and cancelled.
