/KASE, November 25, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the general meeting
of shareholders dated November 21, 2022, Y. Konurbayev was removed from
the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Life Insurance
Company "Standard Life" consists of five persons: M. Alzhanov, A. Buranbayev,
T. Li, Zh. Alzhanov, K. Kozhakhmetov.
