/KASE, November 22, 2022/ – ForteBank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 17, 2022, N. Sarsebekov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – was excluded from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of four people: B. Pirmatov, A. Auezkanov, G. Bissembiyeva, D. Dykanbayeva.
