/KASE, November 21, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from November 22, 2022, trading in common shares US0605051046 ("KASE Global" sector, BAC_KZ) of Bank of America Corporation (US) will be suspended on KASE in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on December 2, 2022 and subsequent dates.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be December 2, 2022.
