/KASE, November 16, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 11, 2022 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2C00009116 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; the circulation start date
will be determined later – 30.04.25, semi-annual coupon, 14.50 % per annum;
30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of
KASE official list.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is November 16,
2022.
