officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about

Fitch Ratings has upgraded the long-term issuer default ratings (IDR) of
KazAgroFinance JSC in foreign and national currency from "BB+" to "BBB-". The
rating outlook has been revised from "Positive" to "Stable".
