KASE's Listing commission made decision to include bonds KZ2C00009116 (KAFIpp3) of KazAgroFinance in "Private placement" market of KASE official list

/KASE, November 11, 2022/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 11, 2022 made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00009116 (KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn; circulation start date – 30.04.25, semi-annual coupon, 14.50 % per annum; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) KAFIpp3. More detailed information on the issue of the mentioned bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-11-11]
