/KASE, December 3, 03/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has informed KASE about the fact that by the decision of the bank's prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which was held on December 1 of 2003, authorized capital of ATFBank JSC was confirmed in the amount of KZT11,590,761.0 th. According to the presented information authorized capital of ATFBank JSC will be increased due to additional issue of common shares consisting of 5,351,238 units. After making of the additional issue of common shares total number of the bank's shares will be 11,590,761, including: common - 9,690,761 shares, privileged without voting right - 1,900,000 shares.
