/KASE, October 21, 2022/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated
October 13, 2022, the following persons were elected to the Supervisory Board
of the company: Andrew Pospielovsky, Philipp George Pott, G. Shamshieva,
Geoffrey Morris Chalmers, Joachim Bald.
Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance
Organization "KMF" LLP consists of five people.
