/KASE, October 21, 2022/ – Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated October 13, 2022, the following persons were elected to the company's Management Board:

• Sh. Zhusupov – Chairman of the Management Board;
• A. Abenova – First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• K. Raykhanova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• K. Saparbekova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• O. Yugai – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• G. Akimzhanova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP consists of six people.
