/KASE, October 13, 2022/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated September 29, 2022.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to distribute part of the company's retained earnings as of March 31, 2022 in the amount of KZT10,900,000,000.00 to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares;
• approve the payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company in the following order:
• the period for which dividends are paid: 2019 – the first quarter of 2022;
• start of dividend payment: September 29, 2022.
