/KASE, October 3, 2022; re-distributed due to the settlement agent correcting the interest amount/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) (Almaty) as a settlement agent on international bonds XS2251962499 (sector "Securities of international financial institutions", ASDBe5, KZT3,875,505,000; November 19, 2020 – October 22, 2022; quarterly coupon indexed at inflation – inflation+margin, actual/360) of Asian Development Bank has informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that the interest rate on said bonds for the eighth coupon period was set at 10.12000 % APR, whereby:

• amount of amortization of the face value – KZT3,618,559,018.50 tenge;
• fixed amount of coupon interest per unit of face value – KZT26.99;

total fixed amount of coupon interest – KZT97,664,907.91.
