/KASE, September 27, 2022/ – KEGOC JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 27,
2022 at 11:30 o'clock.
The only issue on the agenda of the meeting is the issue "On approval of the
semi-annual financial statements of KEGOC as of and for the six months ended
June 30, 2022, the procedure for distributing net income, making a decision on
the payment of dividends on ordinary shares and approving the amount of
dividend in the calculation per ordinary share of KEGOC for the first half of
2022.
