/KASE, September 23, 2022/ – National company QazaqGaz JSC (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated September 15, 2022, the
following persons were removed from the company's Board of Directors:
- B. Cherdabayev– member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- N. Kazutin – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National company
QazaqGaz JSC consists of four people: Y. Berdigulov, S. Zharkeshov, N. Akhanzaripov,
R. Sadykov.
