Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00008832 (NCOMpp1) of Fincraft Group in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, September 22, 2022/ – On September 22, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00008832 ($1,000, $100.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 5.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in KASE official list's "Private Placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) NCOMpp1.
