Bonds KZ2C00008845 (INBNb11) and KZ2C00008852 (INBNb12) of Bank Bank RBK pass listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, September 22, 22/ – On September 22, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market: - KZ2C00008845 (KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360); - KZ2C00008852 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360). The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of bonds KZ2C00008845 is the sixth one under the second bond program of Bank Bank RBK JSC, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 10, 2015 for a total amount of KZT250.0 bn. The issue of bonds KZ2C00008852 is the first one under the third bond program of Bank Bank RBK JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on August 24, 2022 for a total amount of KZT500.0 bn. These bonds were given abbreviations (trade codes) INBNb11 and INBNb12, respectively.
