/KASE, September 21, 22/ – Bereke Bank JSC (Almaty, former name – Subsidiary Bank
of Sberbank of Russia JSC), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of
Directors dated September 16, 2022, K. Sharlapaev was elected the Chairman of
the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Bereke Bank
JSC consists of five people: A. Yelemessov, M. Madiyev, A. Mukhamejanov, Y.
Khamitov, K. Sharlapaev.
