/KASE, September 20, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you
that from September 21, 2022, the issuer for bonds KZ2C00006062 (KASE main
market, "bonds" category, ALBNb5) will be replaced in the trading system and
databases of KASE from Eco Center Bank JSC (SB of Bank CenterCredit JSC)
to Bank CenterCredit JSC.
The ticker of the indicated bonds will not be changed.
Eco Center Bank JSC (SB of Bank CenterCredit JSC) has provided KASE with
copies of amendments to the said bonds issue prospectus registered by the
Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the
Financial Market on September 13, 2022, as well as certificates of state
registration of the bond issue replacing previously issued in connection with
the change of the issuer's name, which are posted on KASE website –
