/KASE, September 20, 2022/ – Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders
held on September 19, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to allocate part of the net income in the amount of 8,029,950,000 tenge to
payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the bank for 2021;
- to retain part of the bank's net income for 2021, remaining after the payment
of dividends on ordinary shares, as part of the bank's retained earnings.
