/KASE, September 20, 2022/ – Microfinance organization "Niet Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated September 12, 2022, the following changes were made in the composition of the Supervisory Board:

• excluded: A. Kozbayev – Chairman of the Supervisory Board;
• elected: S. Kuatov – Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of Microfinance organization "Niet Credit" LLP consists of three people: S. Kuatov, G. Kurbanalieva, O. Azbekov.
