/KASE, September 15, 2022/ – KEGOC JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of changes to the issue prospectus of bonds KZ2C00007797 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KEGCb4; 1,000 tenge, 35.0 bn tenge; 15 years; annual coupon, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360), registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on September 8, 2022.

According to these changes:

• type of bonds changed to "green";
• the interest rate was changed from the fixed rate of 11.00 % per annum to a floating rate, which is calculated as TONIA Compounded + fixed margin (the size of the margin will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds offering);
• the frequency of coupon interest payment has been changed from once a year to twice a year.
