/KASE, September 9, 2022/ – Fincraft Resources JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
August 25, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2021;
- to approve the total loss of the company according to the unconsolidated
financial statements for 2021 in the amount of 3,593,604 thousand tenge;
- due to the lack of income based on the results of unconsolidated financial
statements, not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company
for 2021.
Decisions on a total of five items on the agenda, were made at the annual
general meeting of shareholders.
