/KASE, September 8, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from September 9, 2022, trading in common shares US20825C1045 ("KASE Global" sector, COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips (USA) will be suspended on KASE in trade regimes whose settlement date falls on September 29, 2022 and subsequent dates.

Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be September 29, 2022.
