/KASE, September 8, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated September 1, 2022, the revised
internal document of KASE "Procedure for Implementation of Listing
Procedures" (Procedure) was approved, with effect as of September 12, 2022.
The revised Procedure was developed in order to bring it in line with the
changes and additions to the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the
Securities Market", according to which the procedure for implementing listing
procedures is developed and approved by the executive body of the exchange.
From this date, by a decision of the Board of Directors of KASE dated September
6, 2022, the Procedure in the current version will be declared invalid.
The revised Procedure will be published on KASE website at
https://kase.kz/en/kase_rules/ ("Listing" tab).
