/KASE, September 2, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs you that from September 2, 2022, the following information on ordinary shares US88160R1014 ("KASE Global" sector, TSLA_KZ) of Tesla, Inc. (USA) has been changed in KASE's trading system and databases in connection with the stock split carried out with a coefficient of 3 to 1:

• the number of authorized ordinary shares from 1,004,264,852 to 3,133,470,045;
• the number of issued ordinary shares from 818,406,937 to 2,620,516,796.

From September 2, 2022, trading in the said shares suspended from August 16, 2022, is resumed on KASE.
