an auditor's report on consolidated financial statements of the company for
2021.

The financial statements of the company for 2021 were audited by Deloitte LLP.
According to the auditor's report, the consolidated financial statements
reliably reflect, in all material respects, the consolidated financial position
of Fincraft Group LLP and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2021, as well as
their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year
ended as of the specified date, in compliance with the IFRS.
