/KASE, September 1, 2022/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of its sole partner dated August 20, 2022:
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the partnership
for 2021;
- to approve the audited separate financial statements of the partnership for
2021;
- not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends based on the results
of operations in 2021.
