/KASE, August 31, 2022/ – Almatytemir JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated August 25, 2022, M. Shaimukhametov was excluded from the composition of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Almatytemir JSC consists of three people: A. Duyssebayeva, S. Qonyssbekuly, D. Zhakuov.
