/KASE, August 25, 2022/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a notice of holding an extraordinary general meeting of its partners on September 9, 2022 through absentee voting, with the agenda including the following items:

• making changes to the composition of the partnership's Management Board;
• appointing an audit company to audit the financial statements of the partnership based on results of 2022;
• consideration of information on raising funds from Entrepreneurship Development Fund "Damu" JSC and Nurbank JSC.
