/KASE, August 24, 2022/ – Maikuben-West JSC (Pavlodar region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated August 22, 2022.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
• not to distribute net income, and also not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2021.
